Support Groups

We are committed to creating welcoming, inclusive spaces where everyone’s voice and lived experience is valued.

Our Support Groups are open to anyone aged 18+ living in Cheshire and are supported by wellbeing staff or volunteers.

Our groups offer a range of different activities including:

Art Group

Open to complete beginners and experienced artists alike. All materials are provided, and the focus is on expression, relaxation and connection.

Peer Support Group

A warm, informal and free space to talk openly with people who truly understand. Peer support offers shared learning, encouragement and the chance to connect with others who have walked a similar path.

Bereavement Support

Grief is universal, yet deeply personal. Our bereavement support offers compassionate spaces where people can explore feelings such as shock, confusion, sadness, anger or guilt — with no “right” way to grieve and no expectation to be anything other than yourself.

We currently run two bereavement support groups:

Northwich Bereavement Friendship Group

A peer supported space focused on connection and shared experience.

Winsford Bereavement Group

A supportive group environment offering space to talk, reflect and process grief alongside others who understand.
