Counselling for Adults

Are you facing anxiety, low mood, stress, bereavement, or something that’s hard to put into words?

Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to manage it alone.

Our adult counselling services for people aged 18+ offers a safe, confidential space to talk things through with a trained practitioner who will listen without judgement. It can help you make sense of what’s going on and find ways forward that feel manageable for you.

We offer different counselling options, including free counselling with counsellors in training and paid counselling with qualified and experienced counsellors.

Free Counselling (Counsellors in Training)

We offer free counselling for adults aged 18+, delivered by Counsellors in Training from local universities who are completing recognised recognised Counselling Diploma or MSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy.

All trainee counsellors:

  • Undergo a thorough interview and onboarding process
  • Receive regular clinical supervision and line-managed by qualified staff
  • Follow BACP-aligned ethical and professional standards T
  • Take part in ongoing training to ensure safe, high-quality practice

This service offers a supportive space while also helping develop the next generation of counsellors.

Paid counselling

Our paid counselling service provides support from qualified and experienced counsellors in a safe, confidential and supportive environment.

Counselling can help with a range of challenges, including anxiety, low mood, stress, bereavement, relationship difficulties and difficult life experiences.

Sessions cost £45 per session.
