Cheshire Mind is part of North Staffs and Cheshire Mind, an independent local mental health charity supporting people across Cheshire and North Staffordshire. Every donation helps us provide vital mental health services, including counselling, wellbeing support, community programmes and mental health advice for people who need us most.

£5 – Can fund a call to our helpline, providing someone with vital support and information
£12 – Can provide a web chat session, giving an adult who is struggling with their mental health someone to reach out to
£20 – Can help to fund an initial consultation for talking therapy
£50 – Can run a support group session, helping people to connect with others and feel less alone
£120 – Can provide half a day of mental health workshops in a school, raising awareness and supporting young people with their mental health
