Mid Cheshire MIND works in partnership with local organisations. Some organisations hold drop-in sessions within the centre, whilst others have their own premises but work with us to ensure that every individual gets the right support, at the right time.
Life events or circumstances can impact in a negative way on our mental health. Housing, employment, debt or relationship problems can make us feel that our life is spiralling out of control.
Mid Cheshire Mind can help you take back control of your life. We can refer you to organisations that offer specialist support or offer helpful life coaching tips to get you back on track.
